Cancellation Policy
Refunds of Payment fees are only possible after the conference ends, to evaluate if it is possible to refund part of the transferred money. Once an attendee is registered, the organizing committee uses the money to pay for hotel and restaurant services, working with a number that cannot be changed. Thus, cancellations cannot be automatically processed because the person involved has already been counted for the Hotel services.
It is also important that the conference does not pay for Bank transfer fees.
